Font Shadow and Outline Color

I’m having challenges with unclear songs/bible passages when using some background images.
Would it be possible to create a control for the Font shadow/outline colours so that they can be changed manually as required to allow fonts to be displayed clearly over any background?
OR
Is it possible for this to be automatically done, i.e. for ES to sample the background and choose the best outline/shadow or font colour for best display clarity?

The next version v.5.0.2 will also have the option to set a global shadow colour, shadow depth, outline colour and outline width.

I’ve tried the new funtion of set a global shadow colour, shadow depth, outline colour and outline width. However, We’re in HK. Shadow and outline make the Chinese words unclear.

Is there any funtion like text box background？We want to have a grey bar under the words to make the words display more clearly, thank you.

You can try changing the overall background to some lighter colour. or just use small shadow but don’t use outline.
