error with Ver 5.0.2

Congratulations for updating Easyslides to version 5.0.2. It worked perfectly with windows 11 x64 but unfortunately I faced a problem on windows 10 x64 with it after upgrade from version 4 or even with new installation. Can you please help me?

error msg was “String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.”

I just downloaded 5.0.2 and getting the same error message as well. Loads the initial “I accept” page – and once I click I accept – goes to this error message and stops there?

I had downloaded 5.0.1 and it worked fine? I’m running Windows 10.

Just to add to the reports above. I have the same problem also after updating to 5.0.2.
Hope to have a solution. Thanks in advance.

Just updated to version 5.0.2 and also getting the same error. I tried re-installing, removing installed files in Program Files and Documents, restarted my PC, got the same results.

Apologies for the errors you are getting. Please visit the download page at https://www.easyslides.com/main/v5/downloads/ to revert back to 5.0.1.

I have traced the error to the date/regional format settings. There were some changes to the date formatting in easyslides v5.0.2 but it looks like it didn’t work with your particular settings. I will issue new version next week to fix the issue.

Hi. It is probably your browser cache causing the problem. Try a different browser or clear your browser/cookies and it should work.

I Haven’t downloaded it but soon there will be 5.0.3 with lots of bug fixes, currently using 5.01, I just want to say thanks alot for your works, God bless
