After this error message: “index was outside the bounds of the array”, the software does not run anymore

It could be a schedule error in the program if it does not start up. Go to your “my documents” folder and go to EasyslidesData\Admin\Schedules

In there are your schedules, eg. worshiplist.esw, etc. Delete all the files in it. Then start easyslides again.

There is no Schedules folder in the Admin folder

I deleted the old EasiSlidesData folder and reinstalled but still failed.

It could be corrupt info in the settings file.

    Try the following:-
    – Exit out of Easyslides
    – In the EasyslidesData folder navigate to \Admin\UserProfiles
    – Delete the XML file(s) in that folder.
    – Restart Easyslides.

Let me know how you get on.

Sorry for not following for a long time, but last time I completely erased the machine and reinstalled the operating system then I installed ES 4.05 and it worked, but when windows updated, ES4.05 could not be opened and I installed ES latest version and still getting this error. I followed the instructions to delete the XML file in “\Admin\UserProfiles” but it’s still the same

The schedule could have got corrupted.
    1. Go to the easyslides schedule folder, eg. EasyslidesData\Admin\Schedules
    2. Delete all the files in that Schedules folder (the files are just schedules and none of your database data will be deleted)
    3. Start easyslides 5

If you want, you can email zip and send me your easyslidesdata folder via dropbox or onedrive (send your link to info@easyslides.com). I can then test it on my system.
