While adding a new song and hitting “Ch” for chorus adding I got the error message (Unhandled exception …) – it happens every time I hit Ch. Acctualy, none of buttons Pr,Pr2,Ch,Ch2,Br,Br2 work.

There were some last minute changes to internal symbols just before beta4 release. I have made amendments to address the issue. Could you download again but you will need to uninstall v5b4 first and then re-install the amended v5b4.

Hi Thienguan. If is likely that you have set the chorus at the beginning of the lyrics. Therefore when you press c, it goes to the chorus text which was the first text in your lyrics.

keyboard control “c” is going to the top

Can the keyboard control sound(’ding’) be muted?

Muting the keyboard sound would be a windows setting

Even though my chorus is not the beginning of the lyrics, while press ‘C’ it will go to the top too and I try click ‘0’ also the same.

Could you give the new Beta 5 a try and see if you get the same problem?

I tried Beta 5 but the “c” problem is still here.
My chorus is in the 4th slide but when I press “c” or “0”, it goes to the 1st slide.

Dear all. I have identified the problem and it will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime please use the ‘c’ button beneath the preview and output window.

Hi Andrew. The uninstall is just the software, not the data. So you won’t lose anything. If you want reassurance, you can make a copy of the EasyslidesData folder in your Documents folder first before uninstalling the software.
