Customising Subtitle Mode Vertical Alignment

Thank you for all the hard work put into this version. We are very grateful for the Subtitle Mode function and wonder if it can be customised further? Basically we’d like to move the bottom 1/3 Subtitle section further down the screen so we can have more of the live worship video.

At the moment in Subtitle Mode, the lyrics alignment can be ‘Top’, ‘Centre’ or ‘Bottom’.
We use the ‘Bottom’ setting. Is there a way to customise this so that the subtitle lyrics could be moved further down?

There appears to be a margin at the bottom which cannot be utilised even though there are more lines of lyrics, the lyrics’ lines would fill towards the centre rather than fill the bottom ‘margin’.

Or, is there a way to align the lyrics inside this bottom 1/3 ‘Subtitle section’ to the bottom of the space? At the moment it feels like the lyrics are aligning towards the upper part of the bottom 1/3 ‘box’.

Happy to let you know that the subtitle positioning has been enhanced in v502.

Instead of top, middle and bottom, you will be able to specify a number between 0-100. 0 will place the subtitle at the bottom of the screen and increasing the number will move it upwards, right up to 100 for top of the screen. For the range 0-49, the number will define the position of the bottom line of the subtitle text (subtitle text will expand upwards from that location). For the range 51-100, the number will define the position of the top line of the subtitle text (subtitle text will expand downwards from that location). For the number 50, the subtitle will adjust itself to the centre of the screen.

Hello. Easislides has been useful in our church worship service. I’m happy that Easyslides 5 has been released especially that it has now the subtitle option. However, I noticed that the settings for the extended monitor to be used as subtitle only supports Region 1. We’re using dual language in our church, and so we project both Regions 1 and 2. When lyrics are projected to both Livescreen Monitor and the extended Monitor 1, only Region 1 can be customized in the settings, the Region 2 font size stays the same as that of the Livescreen Monitor. Would appreciate any suggestions regarding this. Thank you so much.

Thanks for your feedback and your suggestion about font size for region 2 in the subtitles. I will implement it for the upcoming v5.0.3.
