Hi Monty,

A big thank-you to you for your help. I will test the folder copy on the PC at church. It is on a slightly older version (still v5, but a couple minor releases behind) and I’m working on the latest version at home, and I want to be sure we don’t lose all the extra song lyrics that were entered manually.

As for the PDF guides…a quick search uncovered this:

One other question – is there a way to add a gif or jpeg image into the schedule and have it displayed on screen? I tried updating infoscreen, document (using Word), etc., but haven’t had any luck. The workaround is to open it separately and move it onto the ‘live’ screen, but was hoping for something easier.

Finally – am I able to use an ‘older’ copy of that folder in a ‘newer’ version of Easyslides? What about the reverse (copying ‘newer’ version of that folder to ‘older’ version of Easyslides)? I’m going to test this, but wanted to pose the question on forum in case others had similar inquiry.
