I found it easier to make timelines online instead of trying to get everything aligned in PowerPoint manually. It saved me time, especially when sharing across different devices. Once I had it looking right online, I just downloaded it and dropped it into my slides, and it worked without messing up the formatting during setup.

I added my songs into the Song folder, then opened EasySlides and clicked “Reload Database” under Tools. That made them show up in the list without needing to restart anything.
