    Hi

I couldn’t replicate your problem. Selecting a video file works fine. Could you do more tests? Are you using a local drive, or a networked drive?

    Thanks

Thanks for the video. Normally after you selected a video file, it will show the video length and play in the small windows automatically. In your case the length remained zero and the video did not play. It could either be the video file or Windows Media Player not set up. Please try the following:-
    1. Play the video file using Windows Media Player. It may need setup.
    2. It if plays, try selecting it again in Easyslides
    3. If it does not play then try and play it using a different Media Player.
    4. If a different Media player plays it then the video is fine
    5. If the video file is OK but still does not play in easyslides, re-encode it using the free version of VSDC from https://www.videosoftdev.com/.
    6. Then try and use the re-encoded version of the video in easyslides.

For v520RC3 I will add in code to prevent easyslides from crashing when selecting a video which does not play.

    Thanks
