Hi there – is there a way to mute/disable the Windows “beep/ping” sound in Easyslides when using keyboard shortcuts?

E.g. when I press “C” to skip to the chorus, my speaker will play the default Windows “beep/ping” sound. (That sound doesn’t play though when I use mouse controls. I prefer this because I don’t want it to beep/ping every time I change to a new verse or chorus.)

(I saw there was a post at https://www.easyslides.com/forums/?topic=defute-beep-sound, but thought that question was asking about how to change the default beep/ping sound, instead of muting it.)

If this isn’t possible in the current release, is this something that could possibly be considered and implemented in a future release please?

    Thanks very much!

Hi bernluk. Thanks for the feedback. The sound will be suppressed in final version 5.1.
