    Hi There

We have recently moved churches and have a new set up. We moved from using a single projector and now have a set up where we are multiple screens. Everything worked while using the projector and we were able to work on the main computer while projecting to the screen.

The new set up is straight forward where the multiple screens act as a single output. So there is essentially a two displays. (I did not set this up personally but can be identified by only two screens showing in the display settings on windows).

The issue now is that we cannot get the “live” window to display on the second screen/display. I have gone through the settings to the monitor set up and and have selected the option to display on the second monitor. This does not work and displays the live window on the main display.

I have done some troubleshooting and have noticed via the windows settings that my main display is showing as display 2 where as the screen I am looking to projector to is display 1. Could this be the issue?

Any feedback on this topic would be greatly appreciated. The new church is opening soon so an urgent response would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

If you are still using Easislides 4 please upgrade to easyslides 5.

    For easyslides 5:-

The names of the list of screens in easyslides is not the same as the ones displayed in Windows.

    1. In your Windows display settings, take a note of live screen position, ie. is it on left/right/top/bottom of the main screen, and work out the location co-ordinates.

    2. In easyslides settings->screens->live screen tab, there is an information icon which will tell you the location co-ordinates of your selected screen. Use that information to select the appropriate screen to match the information from step 1 above.

If all fails, you can select custom screen option and manually enter the live screen location co-ordinates.
