    Dear Falco,
Please write your questions in English, as this is an international forum.

    Google translate says:
Hi everyone, I still haven’t fully understood how easyslides 5 multicast works. Could anyone give me some explanation?

It’s intended use is to be able to connect a second PC, connencted in the (W)LAN, and use it as (an extra) monitor for the projectection or stage screens.
So both have to ‘see’ each other and ports, nickname and passwrods have to be defined and exchanged for proper data transfer. You find that in the settings page in the multicast tab.

    Hi @broetman,

Thanks for explaining what it is. Would you be able to help on how to set it up? and also is an alternate input available through NDI in easyslides for the lyrics or scriptures to be put live on the live stream?

    Thanks

The feature list of EasySides describe it as follows:

Multicast let you broadcast to other computers on your LAN.
The receiving Windows PC/laptop can receive the Live Screen or confidence monitor output. Video and audio streaming not supported though Note that this puts on an additional load on your computer and also on your LAN bandwidth.

We used it years ago and I remember that the configuration of it was straight forward.

MAy be Wai Kuen has a manual or description of this feature, If so, he will post it, I presume, once he reads this post.
