Item not found in database?

Im getting an error message “Sorry – can't find the song 'xxxxx'<Error - Item not found> in the database.”

The message appears after `I click on the “live” button to display the selected song on the projector.

I had this error a couple of years ago and fixed it by installing easislides and removing it from the registry, then reinstalling the same version and replacing the new database withe the old one `I saved before uninstalling.

This solution appears to no longer be working as the error just reappears.

I’m using version 4.0.5.

Hi.

In v4 the database items are reference by a reference key. So if you had an item on the worship list but then deleted it, even if you create the item again, the reference key will be invalid. Or, you are using a worship list from another system which was referencing a different database.

v4 is very old and you should move to v5 which has a lot of new features.
